Director of Taproom Operations
The Director of Taproom Operations is responsible for working with us to bring to life Marble’s vision of creating the best hospitality experience in Albuquerque. The ideal person is passionate about hospitality and serving people, creative, evolving, forward-thinking, accountable, disciplined, and committed to building and training teams and creating operations, that deliver quality, consistent, and uniquely personal customer experiences. The ideal person will also bring with them the requisite leadership experience, education, and desire necessary to lead change, as we begin the labor of love of evolving our taproom operations.

Key Role Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple taproom locations, ensuring consistency in quality and service standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices across all taprooms, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, inventory levels, labor costs, and customer satisfaction metrics, and ensure alignment with staff.
- Lead, train, and mentor taproom managers and staff to bring the vision to life.
- Create and deliver against taproom budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute taproom focused events and promotions that bring the vision to life.
- Collaborate with Production on forecasting and on-going inventory management.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure highest quality taproom experience for all key distributor and retail partners.
Staff Management and Development
- Lead hiring, training, and development of taproom staff to ensure consistent, quality, next-level service, product knowledge, and articulation and embodiment of company values and vision.
- Develop and implement staff training programs on proper serving protocols, inventory and waste management, etc.
- Work with leadership to create and foster a culture of integrity, quality, accountability, and empowerment to act and lead.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Oversee the inventory management system, ensuring accurate tracking of product inventory, merchandise, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure optimal beer inventory management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for food, merchandise, and other taproom essentials.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and OSHA requirements.
- Conduct regular safety training and audits, ensuring all taprooms meet the required standards for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
- Handle any incident or emergency situations in compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Inform and enforce company financial policies.

Director of Sales
This position plays a key role in developing and executing the strategic sales plan for the company and leads the field sales team.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead all field sales manager positions.
- Lead all distributor relationships, ensuring proper alignment with Marble sales and volume plan.
- Collaboration and joint planning and management of chain programming execution with the Chain Sales Manager.
- Execution, tracking, and timely fulfillment of all distributor sales incentives.
- Assist with pricing strategy.
- Work collaboratively with the President of Sales, Chain Sales Manager, and Director of Operations with forecasting, order planning, order fulfillment, and on-going inventory management.
- Lead on-premise annual goal setting and execution.
Requirements
- Leadership experience with another brewery in a similar or applicable role.
- Adept at developing mutually beneficial working relationships with distributor and retailer partners.
- Proficiency with excel.
- Proficiency with VIP / iDig / Karma notes, and comprehensive understanding of how to use Nielsen data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA in sales or related field preferred.

Chain Sales Manager
This position plays a key role in developing and executing the strategic chain sales plan for the company. This position will lead chain sales planning, administration, and off-premise chain execution.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Assist President of Sales in all chain planning and sales functions as outlined.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to communicate all chain planner call outs, display programs, pricing changes, ad features, and new distribution.
- Work closely with distributor management and field sales teams to ensure 100% execution of all chain commitments.
- Weekly and monthly tracking of all chain commitments.
- Work closely with Director of Sales to ensure maximum execution of all distributor display and off-premise display incentives, including assisting in independent off-premise accounts as agreed upon with the Director of Sales.
- Accountable for monthly recaps of all off-premise incentives and working with Director of Sales to ensure timely distributor payments.
- Work collaboratively with the President of Sales, Director of Sales, and Director of Operations with forecasting, order planning, order fulfillment, and on-going inventory management.
- Lead chain off-premise annual goal setting and execution.
Requirements
- Leadership experience with another brewery in a similar or applicable role.
- Adept at developing mutually beneficial working relationships with distributor and retailer partners.
- Experience working with internal processes of Smith’s Supermarkets, Albertsons, Walmart, Lowe’s, Circle K, Speedway, and others
- Proficiency with excel.
- Proficiency with VIP / iDig / Karma notes, and comprehensive understanding of how to use Nielsen data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA in sales or related field preferred.
