Prickly Pear Gose infused with prickly pears, this incredibly pink and vibrantly local kettle-soured ale displays earthy tones of wild watermelon, wild berries and beets, upon extremely balanced layers of salinity and acidity. 4.7%ABV
Pilsner Dry hopped and unfiltered, this interpretation of a German classic is floral, spicy and crisp. 4.7%ABV

Ahtanum Lager Brewed with the Ahtanum hop variety is, named after the location where Charles Carpenter established the first hop farm in Washington State in 1869, this Lager is citrusy and floral, with a subtle pine/cedar character laid over a bready Pilsner malt base. 5.6%ABV
Chocolate Chapo From the creative mind of our very own Matt Lunceford, this hefty lager introduces notes of rich, decadent cacao, along with a lingering spiciness and smokiness that strays away from being too overwhelming. Experimental and enjoyable. 5.5%ABV
