SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: The Accountant is responsible for supporting the Marble CFO in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department and for supporting other corporate staff with miscellaneous human resource and benefits issues, managing payroll, and performing other administrative duties as assigned by the CFO.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures including vendor/customer management and check processing.
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis and assist management with benefits administration.
- Assist the CFO with month-end book closing activities, including:
- Bank account, credit card and petty cash reconciliation.
- Posting general journal entries.
- Preparing financial statements for review.
- Preparing financial dashboards for management.
- Assist external auditors during financial and 401(k) audits and reviews.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the CFO.
- Assist CFO in the implementation of new accounting procedures, systems, and controls to enhance the accuracy of Marble’s financials and reporting capability to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
- Two years of previous accounting or other equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications
- Objective-oriented, focused, individual who needs little direction or supervision; energy and enthusiasm are critical.
- Excellent planner and organizer.
- Financially responsible individual who knows how to manage budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, including strong presentation skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a self-directed position that requires the employee to efficiently accomplish the primary objectives independently and with very little day-to-day supervision. This job requires a Monday – Friday business day schedule but may include some evening and weekend work, including festival and special events.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Accountant must be able to sit for extended periods, be a proficient typist and be capable of independent thought and communication.

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: The external and internal appearance of Marble’s public spaces is a reflection of Marble and its employees. The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned Marble taproom and related facilities in a professional manner. The Custodian must be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the taproom in time for opening for service in a way that supports the taproom staff in providing guests and visitors with a high-quality experience that enhances the Marble brand.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take on other day to day activities necessary to keep the Pub or Taproom running smoothly and efficiently as assigned by management.
- Work with all levels of management in providing a superior Taproom experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a part-time position working in a bar environment. This position requires the employee to perform repetitive physical work such as sweeping, mopping and wiping as well as the ability to follow verbal or written instructions and the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. The Custodian must be able to squat, twist, bend and kneel while using tools and performing assigned tasks. This job requires a fixed weekly schedule of ___am to ____am seven days per week.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Custodian must be able to stand for extended periods, be able to move furniture and cleaning supplies and equipment, be able to sweep and mop, be good with people and be capable of independent thought and communication.

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are seeking an energetic and passionate line cook to be the first member of our team. The right candidate will be working directly I collaboration with our food program founder and Michelin trained Chef, on a wide variety of cuisines.
- This will be a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an evolving program with Marble, with potential to grow into a leadership role.
- Our program will be changing constantly so patience, creativity and positive attitude under pressure is a must.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily prep and station set up including prep list and inventory at the end of every shift
- Prepare ingredients
- Cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene that comply with state sanitation requirements
- Organize, Label, store and consolidate per each task FIFO
- Cook on the line for full a service
- The ability to multitask and prep accordingly
- Maintain portion control to minimize waste
QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: Marble Brewery is looking to fill a full-time dishwasher position for a new and exciting food concept. The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, and glassware where applicable.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Wash all silver, plate, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
· Retrieves cooking equipment from the hot line
· Follow safety precautions and sanitation standards
· Weekly deep cleaning projects
· Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area
