SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: The Lead Beertender is responsible for being the acting taproom manager, or manager on duty, whenever the Taproom Manager or Taproom Assistant Manager is not present, and also for interacting with guests and visitors in a manner that enhances the Marble experience by serving craft beer and educating guests while adhering to Marble’s alcohol service policy.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement all Marble policies and procedures including those regarding the handling of cash, property, product, and equipment.
- Conduct safe, secure and efficient operation and serving of guests.
- Maintain a high level of guest service that exceeds expectations, including soliciting guest feedback and resolving complaints.
- Manage employees to staff the taproom appropriately and make staffing cuts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Interact with guests in a manner that creates a welcoming environment for the enjoyment of craft beer and which nurtures an excellent guest experience.
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service to each guest and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem guests and dealing with them appropriately.
- Delegate appropriate responsibilities to staff members.
- Assess guests’ needs and beverage preferences and make beer recommendations.
- Check guest’s identification and confirm each guest is of legal drinking age.
- Assess guest behavior to avoid overserving a guest or serving an intoxicated guest.
- Re-stock and replenish bar supplies as well as the reach-in “to go” beer cooler.
- Learn about, understand and be able to explain the beer styles available on draft in the taproom, including describing flavor profiles and ingredients.
- Process guest payments throughout the shift and be able to account for any discrepancies in the final tally of sales.
- Ensure compliance with Marble Brewery Alcohol Policy and attend Marble’s Responsible Alcohol Service seminar at least annually.
- Monitor and maintain all sound and lighting levels to maintain proper ambience.
- Keep all areas of the Pub or Taproom clean, orderly, and well maintained and perform cleaning, opening and closing tasks, or other tasks, as assigned by the Taproom Manager.
- Take on other day to day activities necessary to keep the Pub or Taproom running smoothly and efficiently.
- Work with all levels of management in providing a superior Taproom experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in and serving customers in a food and beverage business (e.g., a restaurant, bar or taproom).
- Current New Mexico Alcohol Server certificate.
- Passion for craft beer.
- Objective-oriented, focused, individual who needs little direction or supervision; energy and enthusiasm are critical.
- Excellent planner and organizer.
- Excellent communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a full-time or part-time position working in a bar environment. This position requires the employee to interact with the public in a friendly and welcoming manner and at times may require dealing with intoxicated, unruly or unpleasant people. This job requires a flexible weekly schedule including days, evenings, nights and weekends, as necessary, as well as festivals and special events.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The Beertender must be able to stand for extended periods, be able to negotiate a crowd of beer drinkers, be able to lift and move cases and kegs of beer, be good with people and be capable of independent thought and communication.

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: The Bar Back is responsible for supporting the Beertenders in providing guests and visitors with a high-quality taproom experience that supports and enhances the Marble brand.

- Bus tables, wash glassware, and keep merchandise display stocked and up to date.
- Interact with guests in a manner that creates a welcoming environment for the enjoyment of craft beer and which nurtures an excellent guest experience.

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: The Marble Brewery Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering beer, merchandise and supplies to the offsite Marble taprooms, and is responsible for delivering beer to retail partners operated by Santa Fe Dining. The Delivery Driver will also assist with shipping and receiving, fulfilling purchase orders and maximizing space efficiency in the warehouse areas at the 111 Brewery.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely and efficiently deliver kegged beer to the offsite Marble taprooms. Pick up and distribute beer from the Mav Lab at the Heights brewery and distribute that beer to the 111 taproom and the West Side taproom.
- Manage the warehousing of taproom supplies (paper and cleaning supplies, growlers, glassware, etc) at the shed location and timely deliver sufficient supplies to all three taprooms on a weekly basis.
- Use the Ekos brewery management system and work with the Inventory Specialist and the Warehouse Lead to create, allocate, and facilitate fulfillment of Purchase Orders for distribution.
- Prepare product required to fill purchase orders for all Marble distributors and facilitate pick-up by those distributors of finished and packaged beer.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment to achieve efficient utilization of available storage/warehouse space and facilitate brewery productivity.
- Work with production team to schedule delivery, receipt and warehousing of specialty beers from the Mav Lab.
- Work with the Warehouse Lead to establish and maintain par levels of fresh and adequate stock of draft and packaged beer at offsite taprooms and at the 111 taproom.
- Facilitate communication between the warehouse and production/front of house teams.
- Develop procedures and document all steps of the delivery process.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and make necessary adjustments in the Ekos system.
- Train others on the use of warehouse equipment, specifically powered industrial trucks.
- Maintain a safe work environment and participate regularly in safety training.
- Utilize the GroupMe app or other designated group communication tool to facilitate efficient communication across the entire brewery team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A current Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) in good standing.
- Warehouse experience, experience filling purchase orders, documenting receipt and delivery of goods and experience using forklifts and other powered industrial trucks.
- Experience with warehouse management software.
- Ability to follow procedures and document all steps in the warehousing process.
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.

WORKING CONDITIONS: This is a team-oriented position that requires the employee to work independently as well as a part of a larger team. The Delivery Driver Lead will operate and maintain a large commercial delivery vehicle with a powered lift gate and will use that vehicle to maintain sufficient inventory of beers and necessary supplies at Marble’s offsite taprooms. The Delivery Driver will be able to adapt quickly to changes in production scheduling and will be able to operate multiple types of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, powered pallet jacks and scissor lifts and other equipment necessary for the efficient receiving, warehousing and distribution of products. This job works on a schedule of five 8-hour days which may not be consecutive and which will involve early morning and/or late-night hours, including some weekend work.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting all packaging equipment at the 111 brewery and for assisting with both packaging and cellaring operations in such a way as to facilitate maximizing production of high-quality craft beer.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely and efficiently operate the 111 brewery bottling, canning and kegging lines. Troubleshoot faults in the packaging equipment as necessary.
- Perform Clean In Place (CIP) cycles on packaging and related equipment, including packaging machinery, hoses, clamps and other parts necessary for producing and packaging beer free of oxygen and other contaminants.
- Transfer beer from the cellar to servers and packaging machinery.
- Utilize pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks to safely move beer from the packaging areas to the distribution and warehouse areas of the brewery.
- Participate in shipping and receiving activities at the direction of the Warehouse Lead.
- Assist with draft system maintenance at the 111 tap room.
- Utilize the Ekos brewery management system to document transfers and packaging of beer.
- Train the Packaging Assistants to perform the roles and responsibilities of their job, including training on the organization and use of all necessary equipment, cleaning procedure to be performed before and after each packaging run, warehousing of finished beer and the documentation of necessary tasks in Ekos.
- Document operation of all packaging equipment and keep such documentation up to date as equipment changes.
- Organizing and cleaning packaging areas of the brewery to facilitate a clean and safe working environment.
- Maintain a safe work environment and participate regularly in safety training.
- Utilize the GroupMe app or other designated group communication tool to facilitate efficient communication across the entire brewery team.

The Packaging Operator will follow the weekly production plan and will communicate constantly with the 111 Production Manager and the Packaging Assistants to package the correct beer on time and with high quality. The Packaging Operator will be able to adapt quickly to changes in production scheduling and will be able to operate multiple types of complex machinery such as bottling and canning equipment, pumps, powered industrial trucks, and other equipment necessary to the production of high quality, packaged craft beer. The Packaging Operator will train others on the equipment so that multiple employees are proficient in the operation and troubleshooting of the packaging equipment. This job works on a schedule of four 10-hour days which may not be consecutive and which will involve early morning and/or late-night hours, including some weekend work.
