Desert Fog Dear Diary: She has a hazy glow resembling the beautiful accumulation of early morning fog kissed by the orange juice hued Southwestern desert sunrise and smells of pineapple-grapefruit juice perfume. -with love, IPA 6.8%ABV
Thunder From Dortmunder Originally brewed in the Dortmund region of Germany in 1873 and closely related to Pilsner, this floral, spicy lager boasts assertive strength in a craveable format. 5.3%ABV
Pale Ale This refreshing American classic is brewed with Cascade, Centennial, and Citra Hops. 6.2%ABV
White Out American hop flavor greets spicy Belgian ale yeast in this celebratory wheat ale. 9.0%ABV
Prickly Pear Gose infused with prickly pears, this incredibly pink and vibrantly local kettle-soured ale displays earthy tones of wild watermelon, wild berries and beets, upon extremely balanced layers of salinity and acidity. 4.7%ABV
Hersbrucker Pilsner This single hop take on a classic Pilsner employs the German Hersbrucker hop varietal. This lager displays beautiful notes of flowers and lemon verbena atop biscuity and honey-like malt tones with an assertive, but balanced bitterness. 4.9%ABV
Lab-Spresso The Imperial Stout is brewed at a high ABV and then transferred to Bourbon Barrels and aged for a year. This Imperial Stout didn't get the pleasure to age in barrels. It was mixed with liquid chocolate, cold-brew coffee and lactose sugar. Served on Nitro! 10.%ABV
Thistle Do Nicely Scottish inspired ale with a deep ruby color and lasting lacey head. Malty sweetness with hints of dried fruits, chocolate, figs and biscuits. Hearty enough to get you through the harsh highland winter. 7.1%ABV
Pancake on A Sticke Designed and Brewed by our very own Adrian Martinez, this strong German-inspired ale is concocted with a copious amount of fresh Vermont Maple Syrup atop a complex toasty malt base. 8.9%ABV
